(rand(25,40) + Teamwork + Coaching Bonus)/2 * facility bonus 1 * facility bonus 2
i am not 100% sure if i understand this right first random lets say average 32 then TW 37,7 that is total 69,7 then coaching (i have 82 cp) 151,7 then i /2 and have 75,85 then i ad my first facility 83,44 and i do not have the second for this player so he is getting 83,44 training point per week 8,34 go to speed and 75,09 go to vision do i understand this right? Basically yes, with that exception regarding the CP and with another exception regarding PC-training, which would result in a factor *8 In your example, you get 100% 0> 0,834 skillpoint per training and about 6,6% on 100% PC, so about 6% PC with 90% training setting. Coaching bonus = CP(based on exp and con) - 40!! don´t forget.
So 32 + 37,7 + (round 82-40) = 121,7/2 = 60,85 *1,1 (facility) / 100 = 0,669 0,669 = 100%. training is 90% and 10%. so 90% = 0,602 10% = 0,067 this should be the average training for your example. |

and the facility is for speed so i need to lower the training for main skill
