Yep! Once you get the yellow ! you still have 5 skill points to train until the player hits the red ! (unless your scout level is lower than 20 of course).
With a possible 39 strength and 41 speed he's got a lot of positions he can fill, so I'll list those he SHOULDN'T fill imo: - OL: it's just a waste of his speed to put him on the OLine - DL: same goes for NT and DT, but he might become a good DE - MLB: his int is too low to become the brains of the defense I don't know your DC, but he can fill any other position imo. Just look through your DC and decide which position is the weakest. He's 18 years old so he has a lot of training time left in him. Of course with those caps he'll not stay a starter (or maybe he's already worse than your starters) for long, but he can become a great 2nd or 3rd option. Something to consider. |

Looks like a Safety to me if 40 is decent.
What are the average sort of caps for speed and strength ? In theory 42.5 is half way between 35 and 50 . Is this the case ? People normally say 40 is quite good. |
