Still in my first 24 hours here but by the look of how MOTY works then I would vote to kick it at least from the playoffs.

I thought about i almost 1 Season (lost to moty last playoffs) but as i looked at some games (both mentionened here) i get on it again cause the playoffs are knocking on the door.
Where is the Tactics and Reality if you could tell your Players "lets got its our Moty you got to play 7% better", maybe i should have told my players in RL that, just believe it won´t work... A Moty is something that should not be a tactical weapon for a coach, simple reason, i blame myself to beat my russian friend Dynamos last year in the Supercup due Moty just to test the feature and caused him not to reach the playoffs cause of that. In my case it was not tactical it was only cause i was to dump to see the effect this would have on an other managers season. If Moty is kept than i should be not in the playoffs, if you got to motivate your Team there you should find an other "job"... |

I think every single playoff game is a match of the season for every team where you are the most motivated. this is the magic of Knock Out games.
