Like coaches.
Would be 1-50. High consistency player will be play to their level every game. Low consistency and they are more erratic. When playing erraticly they can over as well as under perform so there's no 'ideal' value for this as they balance out. |

The consistency of the coach is the consistency of the players for his group. Adding an additinal consitency for players result in more randomness in games. We don't want to roll the dice for the gameresult only.

It wouldn't be dramatic - just enough to factor.
Creates more varied players - do you try and sign a mister reliable or a highlight reel kinda guy. |

They have player consistency like this in -TOG- and I've never really liked it at all .... I'd go with what Buffalo says in that assistant coach consistency is a proxy for those players he is responsible for.
In -TOG-it also tends to either kill a player's value (on the TM) or really boost a player's value, I think there is already enough 'randomess' in players with Intell,Teamwork,Sp/Str caps etc. In -TOG-maybe they need it as coaches are totally consistent, but in RZA I think it would be one too many ...the straw that broke the camel's back. |
