As I can see, the salaries of players are calculated like in -TOG-(by top non-physical skill). In this case, the players with the top salaries will Kiker and Punter. They don’t need development of many skills. This Is normal from mathematic side, but is impossible in real life.
My offer: calculate the players’ salaries based on the sum of the non-physical skills.

That means, you pay per for lifetime training and support one skill monsters. Takes away all training tactics, because it doesn't matter which secondary skill you train, the primary skill is best to train and you don't have to pay much for it.
Sorry, but a from me.

The solution has to be in the middle for getting an optimum - salaries based on skill and position.

But it is much harder to describe then. That is the reason why I sticked with this method, which is not a copyjob from -TOG- much more it is that way in most of the simulations, no matter which sport.

You can train your Kicker/Punter to 35-40 in Kicking, Punting and Vision and stop than the training in these skills to stop the wage development.

The issue is normal salaries distribution.
Non how to reduce panter or kiker salarie.

Ok, here some more stuff regarding this suggested system.

Basically it does not solve the Kicker-are-overpaid-problem because you pay for training time, nothing else.
So this system is also independent of positions.

Second thing: this would totally change the value of Talent.
Now Talent is a limit, most of the players might never reach.

With this suggested system by sum of skills, the logic path is to max out the main skill (means passing for QB, catching for WR and so on) and then go for secondary skills. The higher the main skill, the better the player, of course.

And a qb will never have 0 in vision, and if I have a qb with 30 passing and 30 vision and another on with 50 passing and 10 vision ... well, I think the 50 QB will be better. But that is my oppinion.

In my oppinion the best way would be to have a living wage market with changing wages based on demand and offers.
But this would change the system completly.
So ... not now.

a) Well there are great musicians in the world but blind! They would never be able to play the instrument when not guided there

I never heard a QB having a "guide"

b) And also based on Admin statements the 50Pass/10Vis should be even worse then the 30/30 guy since the 50/10 could act only as QB-polisher

This is true! But there might be situations on the field where the vision of the QB is not that important - just to stick with the QB. But the QB itself is a really bad example for such exceptions.

Kiker and punter are have just 1 basic skill and may be just 1 secondary skill. But other players need more skils.
I wich NFL team kiker or punter have at least 20% of starter QB salarie?

No it is indepandent things.

For example DL players need lot of tackling, and some tactical skills.
But DB players need tackling and tacktical skills on the same level.
