I'm not against a change in the system, just against your suggested solution.

After 2 seasons the FB Est. Wage ~19000, but P Est.Wage 90+! Very realistic!
We can create Wages system, based on the sum of all skills (not no-physical only).

It is up to you how fast you want to increase your wages. I would actually not train my K and P up to 40.
Acually the K and P don't need Vision. The Admin, mentioned that the Specialteam part will get someday an u p d a t e and than will be Vision usefull. I hope that this is on his agenda for a Season 5 upgrade.

I thought more about a position specific salary. Including all important skills would reduce the managment possibilities.
Also a Kicker with 50 kicking and 50 Vision would cost nealy the same like a 50 passing and 50 Vision QB. So no solution for the original problem.

A kicker need Int -> do not punt into the endzone/to the best returner
A Kicker needs Vison -> where is the endzone/where is the best returner
A kicker needs Strenght -> only in one leg so i guess he should benefit double out of strenghttraining
A kicker needs less TC -> nobody in a Footballteam realy is interestet in hanging aound whit this crazy little guy who kicks an eg with a foot
A kicker needs less TW -> reaguleray a Kicking unit is set ny 2 Players for a punter and 3 players for Kicker so the TW should be only 25 % of the TeamsTW

just to be sure

My suggestion would be to open up the market.

A players knows his value and wants that money or even more.
If his team is not willing to pay, he becomes a restricted or even unrestricted free agent.

Restricted -> The hometeam has the chance to counter every offer done by a different team to that player.
unrestricted -> every team has the chance to bid for that player, the players is teamless.

This would DESTROY the transfer market, since no money is transfered from team to team. it is only bidded on wages or wages and bonus or what ever.

It would lead to a contract driven system.

If no team wants to offer the requested money, the expectations of that player is lowered by some money (percent of fix I don't know).
This would lead to a very smooth wage system.
Why? Because you can not offer more than you think you can pay.
The risk of teams going bancrupt would raise, if the managers don't know their economy stats.
Take the kicker: Nobody want to offer a kicker a weekly wage of 100.000$. So? No Contract -> lower expectations -> someone is maybe willing to pay 80.000$ or maybe 60.000$ and then the kicker gets a new contract.

How does the position change exploit can be avoided?
The players knows his value based on his skills and ratings, not the position.
For each position the main skills are taken and compared to ALL existing players in the same range (like sum or a specific fomular).
The Player takes the MAX amount he could get as expectation.
AND he switches Position, once he gets a unrestricted free agent.

That is the rough idea.

I think, vision for K and P is normal.

This idea need a lttle bit more implementation effort for sure.

It has also some flaws, like managers build their star OL and then this damn money gready ass runs off to another team, once I couldn't effort him any more. There are emotions in such long term trained players.

Also it gets ugly in low skill areas, since almost every player could be everything. So how does this fit in?

As said it is ony a rough idea.
