I don't think Botteams accept offers to change the venue. You could try, though.

Not in playoff games...in supercup divisional games as example you can switch the venue when meeting a bot at his home

Stand corrected, had a review in the source code. The manual is right.

Bowl games and league games are not allowed for switching venues away from bot stadiums. So playoffs ARE! But not on the day the game happens...

Good to know it...shame that you can do it the same with humans. Last season i have to play my divional match in a 5000 seats stadium, and this seaon played a cup game in a 5500 seats stadium

But you could: If both team owners are human, a venue can be switched if the game is not a league or a bowl game and if it is not today or in the past. One manager sends a request to the other by visiting the gamecenter for the game, and if the other manager visits his pinboard and confirms the request, the venue gets switched!

Of course, if the other manager is not confirming the request...

Lol!

Remember season 1 when this happened! You made the game switch by hand backwards since there should not be allowance to switch venue in PlayOffs! I was one of them who was shouting loud about the "ridicoulous switch possibility" in playoffs

When a team is rewarded an easy win AND was not able to get the home-game because of seeding - well at least he has another game for sure since other can eliminated by MotY-Uber-Team

And if you want all way through home field for sure: BE THE GOOD DAMN BEST TEAM IN YOUR LEAGUE!

We had the issue in season 1

Change venue possible or not in playoffs or even decide venue by bigger stadium

You made change of venue backwards after decided that PO in leauge go strict with seeding

So i wonder why change venue should be possible for Playoff-League but NOT possible for regular and bowl game - this is inconsistent per se and a joke at all reward teams what did not manage to get a good spot with another nice income

Edit: maybe i should rename team to "Elephants" since they are famous for not forget

I agree that it shouldn't be possible to switch venue for PO games, since you will get a homefield advantage.
Switching venue for bowl games would be okay, since it hasn't a homefield advantage (what makes sense too, since mostly the bowl take place in a neutral city in RL).

Just my 2 cent

LOL for the edit

Hm, I cannot remember the situation. I just had a look in the manual, compared it with the source code and it is exactly as described.

If there is a need for a change of this mode, you have an argument here, just open a suggestion, I will add a poll on it, and we ask if the majority is OK for a change on that rule from next season - no problem.

I have checked the game page and it states currently that a switch of venue is not possible.

FYI I am not seeking a homefield advantage here, but it does seem like I am slightly financially penilized because someone quit the game? I do take the point that the game will be easier against a bot team, but what if I lost anyway?

Maybe a solution would be to up the number of spectators at bot stadia for PO games? Just a thought...

No in my opinion, because actually BoT stadiums are bigger that some human stadiums that you can find in the playoffs.
