Got a youth with good TW and decent intelligence ~30. But he's maxed out at 35 strength and 38 speed. Where should I play him? Or should I just sell 'em?

I would have told nobody that he capped and put him on the market

If you have a weak area on your team and need him to fill a gap, I'd plug him there.
Otherwise consider selling and look for a player with better caps. - If you were a new team, I'd keep him - I have several very useful players like that, but they've already been trained for 3 seasons, which is a big difference. Since you're an established team, I'd recommend getting a better quality player to train and build on. |

If you win your wildcard game - which even MOTY shouldn't prevent - you could play him as QB in the divisional playoffs... Maybe in relaxed mode

Steve SD Blitz I'd try the following experiment ..... go really mental with Agility training and train him up as a TE, see whether a really agile TE makes a difference. |

As long passing is ineffective it wont make difference passing isn't ineffective .... check NI Ravens who are passing their way past the opposition very effectively, however I'm not arguing with you as it will hijack Steve's thread and there is already a long-running (and very much never-ending) thread about passing where dark_wing also often voices his "hell will freeze over before passing becomes effective" theory. |
