Hello Pete. As far as i can remeber, when i sorted my draft board, the eigth first players were marked as "only on first round". If i didnt understood wrong, that means that they only can be drafted in the 1st round. Howewer, i managed to get my 7th pick on the second round. So, did i understood bad the "only on 1/2/3 round" system or the engine fooled me?

p.s: Of course exist the posibility that my 7th pick didnt had the "1st round only" tag, but sadly i cant check it anymore.

Maybe you did miss to rank the 1st round marked players to the bottom? If so, the engine goes through the 2nd round marked in round 2 first, and then through the whole board from top to down, if there are no 2nd round marked. Does this explain what happend?

Only two "1st round" on my draft board, the other were "any round".
Why have I picked at first and at second round both the "1st round" players?

Once the first round is done draftees lose the tag "1st round" and are treated as "any round". I guess the second one of the two you tagged was above the other draftees in the draft board.

So, what kind of utility can have the "1st round" tag???
What's the logic to pick only one of two players?

You want a QB, badly. And you have 10 on your Draftboard. But you want to be sure you get only one of them.

So put all QB ON THE BOTTOM of your Board, mark them "round 1", and relax. You will get no QB, if all are drafted when you pick your firstrounder, or you get exactly 1.

If you put all QBs on the top, and don't use the 1st round marker, you might get 3 QBs finally

My draft: I need a K.
So I put the only two kickers on top with "1st round".

My logic: at first round I will probably pick one of this players; at second and third round I don't will pick the other, because marked "1st round".

I can not understand why a player marked "1st round" can be picked as sencond or third choice. Is this thing written somewhere on the manual?
