Dude, that bar graph is sweet. Love it. Flashy? I think it fits with the new design we have around here. If you had those graphs I see no reason to have an explanation as it is self explanatory regardless of language.
If the graphs won't be an option then changing the red and yellow out so that it doesn't get confused by the cap colors in conversations would be fine. |

This was the original idea. To be honest the colors were a suggestion by me and nobody took to much time to think about the right colors. My Idea was to relate the color to positiv or negative attributes. Green is positive and red is negative. Thats it. I would have no problem to change the colors. The Idea with the bars would be the best option, in my opinion. I think a poll would be usefull with these options. 1) Change nothing. I like the colours 2) Change it to colourful bars 3) Change only the colors of the numbers 4) Remove all colors it is to flashy 5) What colors? I see only black and white.  |

Do you wanna write an own bar plugin, or reuse the one we have already, or just use Google chart api?

I think I would write an own plugin including a GD based image creator for the bars (to handle transparencies, have the possibility of dynamic bar widths, etc).
So will you start a poll about this? Or add the bars optional so the user can decide whether he'll se the plain color values or the bar charts? |
