really really. I converted a fb in the season 2 draft to OL and now he is my 2nd best OL player. It takes a season to train up some strength or footwork but it is worth it.

Yeah - draftee FBs have almost no Carrying skills, so you don't lose much switching him (of course, you won't know what his Strength is for a while) |
