From now on, the permanent hit in Physical Condition after a game is much higher than during Seasons 1 to 3, if the players age is 30+. The older he gets, the more he gets hit.

Anyway, as most players start to retire shortly after reaching the 30s, the impact isn't that bad.

I have 13 or 14 players that are 30 or older. ( I just fired one because he was weak and slow.)
The PC hit on the 32 year old players was noticeable (2-3%) but the for the 30 and 31 year old players it was not so bad (0-1%). So I think that this change is OK. On the other hand, it does not really add any benefit to the game if you ask me. |

In the NFL, the age barrier is different dependend on the position the player plays.
QB older than 30? Yes, many. RB older than 30? Well ... a few and so on. Best players are older than 30? Yeah right. ..... So why are most stats leaders under 30? Problem here at RZA is, that every player is valid for every position. So there is at the moment no way to give a specific player more playing time per career. |

As far as the player age goes. I do not think there are many 18 or 19 year old players in the NFL. Or are we looking at a combination of NFL and college football when looking at the age?
