A QB needs to be good at Vision, Intelligence, Strength, Passing, Agility, Speed
Does Positioning and Footwork have an impact or is it so low it should only be trained once the other skills have been maxed out? |

I'm beginning to believe that Positioning is important for every player. I'm not sure about Footwork for ball carriers/handlers.
I haven't trained a player long enough to test this, but looking at a QB: Passing helps him perform the act of throwing. Vision helps him see where to move (drop back/scramble/buy time in the pocket), where the other players are/how they are moving (reading the defense). Positioning helps him move to the spots he sees (drop back/scramble/buy time in the pocket). Footwork will enhance the ability to drop back/scramble/buy time in the pocket? I'm probably totally off base, but this is my theory. |

I've started to think that Positioning is also important to put the ball in the right position for the receiver to have it in the right spot.
This supposition is suggested by the fact that I've pushed all the season the Passing skill of my QB, but still when I play against teams at my level, I always end up with multiple interceptions against. Next season I will push Positioning up to see if there is any change. Last edited on 2016-11-23 10:28:47 by Yashin |

I've noticed (I THINK) that the number of plays they are involved in affects how quick they can TC. They seem to gain a max of around 8% per game, with some gaining less if they only played a few snaps. |

On my mind it doesn't matter how many snaps they play but it matters what type of game they play |
