How much of a factor is team chemistry?

Will a 10% TC QB throwing to a 10% TC WR cause a lot of interceptions?

There is no black or white answer to this
But actually the chance of causing Interceptions will be higher than with both TC at 100%. Like it's the same with morale, skills, PC, opponent and so on.

It has a MASSIVE effect so much so that unless you want to lose you shouldn't play any player with lower than 100 TC.

I agree it is a factor... but whom would you play from this exemple:

QB1:
STR/SPE/AGI: 45
VIS/PAS/POS: 40
4* EXP
100% PC
10% TC

QB2:
STR/SPE/AGI: 40
VIS/PAS: 30
2* EXP
85% PC
100% TC

I would probably stick with QB1 even if his TC is that low. I know that the difference is "extrem" but I just wanted to point out there is not only one single factor which needs attention

Fair enough but probably I would still play QB2

But TC probably has the biggest effect on any of the stats except for perhaps experience. I really think that QB1 is not much better or even worse than QB2 with TC10.

I just imagine in real life throwing a newly signed QB into the mix the week after he was signed. Mayhem would ensue....better of playing your backup for a few weeks...

I see

I guess I will stay with my current QB, as the difference between him and the possible 10% TC QB is not even as big as in the example above. 100% TC QB throwing to 10% WRs hopefully works.

Or maybe I just part time between those two QBs?

Don't part time players. That's worse in the long run.

My 2 cents, I usually stick with putting them on special teams (STBL for O players, STT for D ones with some tackling) until they're around 60-75% TC at a minimum, QB is a position I'd be tempted to go even higher though, probably would get ST snaps til 90%+

Looking at your team, if it's between your old guys, and the youngster ... when his training is ready, I'd play him 100% ... he's already ahead of the old guys on XP with that nice 4*, if his skills are close, and he's the future - as soon as his TC is ready, I'd give him the full reigns and get him maxed out ASAP.

How does OT work in this game?

Is it the first team that scores wins or do both teams get a drive?
