ID: 100712423 I was just going to set him as a FA after being cut by financial penalty and I can see is no longer an option  |

I do not think you can set as a FA a player cut due to financial penalty. H should hit the TM at some time tho.

If you click on his name and you see a team name on the next site he's sold. |
