A couple of questions I have at mind:
1) Mediacenter I learned that just in the first season my 50.000.000$ will be paid. Next season I have to have this amount ready to pay it. From my estimation at the moment, I might get close to it. But my plan was to build up my stadium. currently it is just 71.000. I wanted to get it over 100.000 by the end of the season. But I can´t do both: Save money and build the stadium. What should I do 2) Playbook How much time did you spend creating a playbook? I always want to start, but I am not sure how long this will take. Unfortunately there is no demo for it. 3) Staff What staff would you hire? PR and Scout? How much is it fire them again? 4) Is there a good guide on coaching hires setup. Thanks Chris 1) It's not first season, it's first 24 weeks, so I think you're still covered for next season, otherwise just pledge as much as you can in the first week (important since first week is bonus payout!) 2) As much as you can/want. There are very strong playbooks that I imagine didn't take that much time at all and there are those that must have taken ages that don't work as well as you'd expect. You can always see this as a work in progress, starting of very basic and finetuning or expanding as you get to know the game better. Also, don't be afraid to ask some more experienced players for tips! 3&4) None yet, a scout lvl 20 might be helpful if you want to buy good youth other than that Jack's RZA Guide is probably the best help you'll get. It's not the Holy Bible, but the best way to start getting to know ins and outs of every aspect of the game. |

You did read my guide and you are still lost regarding coaches and staff?
What is missing? Regarding playbook I suggest to start easy and then expand to get the logic. So like what to do on 1st, 2nd and 3nd down in general and then making it more fancy, test it, read the game results and then maybe expand it. Regarding media center I'm starting to rework my guide, but from my gut feeling, stadium is more important, compared to return of invest. But I need to crunch some numbers to get a better clue. |

Hi Jack, sorry maybe it didn´t sound nice to you. Your great guide is always open in a 2nd or third tab. I use it daily. My main points regarding the coaching is: 1) When to start with it - Already in season 1? You state that it depends on stadium size. I have enough cash to either build another 40.000 seats now (around 15M$) or save it for the media center. Either way my income should be high enough to be able to afford a coach but should I already? 2) Even if I hire a HC - Which AC should I hire? Go low level for the youth? go higher level for certain positions and boost the senior team? |

If you have the money for seats, my gut feeling, since I did yet not crunch any numbers, is to invest in stadium.
Assuming you have the money for the next 44.400 seats, that's roughly 2.600.000 extra per home game in league (likely you have supercup games on the road, right?) and the playoffs are coming for sure on your level. On the other hand you might get some of the money back you invest now in mediacenter, if you drop to 0 after the initial free time, but never the full amount. So I think better stadium -> boost income -> save money for next season to pledge most possible. Regarding coaches I suggest to make a rough plan. As written in my guide you need a plan how you want to fill your roster over the seasons from draft, youth acadamy and transfer market. Coaches will support the most your youth acadamy and all roster spots they support on senior roster, but how to fill the gaps. It looks like we, as community, did more or less focus on the same strategy, but you might come up with something more fitting for you. Hiring just 1 AC and 1 HC for the start will only help your YA. If you do that I suggest to make those 2 already the corner stones of your strategy, so having them the highest coaching points you are willing to hire. Whether this is a 99 or a 51, it's up to you. But if you have the money, and a regular setup of coaches like done in Elite does cost between 1.4 mio and 2.0 mio per finance update, get a full set as fast as possible to benefit on all positions possible. But remember, you need more income than those 1.4 mio spare, since you still need to extant the stadium, still need to pleadge for media center and still need to get over the non-game-time. |
