Are you a new manager? If so: the media center gets paid for you for some weeks (i dont know how long exactly)

You do not have to pledge for exactly 48 rza weeks from the time you started. If I am not wrong next thurday the period for you will be over and so you will be able to pledge.

To clarify that, if he was 19 last season, then he will be 20, but if you are talking about a player who is listed as 19 right now, he still will be 19 this season. Regardless, none of your draftees get to go to your YA no matter what age
