Thank you very much for your feedback
I think your explanation is very very good
I also supposed 1) not only because is the easiest solution to code.
I write my playbooks trying to guess where are my best receivers and I hope this is not wasted time and it would be funny if choosing "all direction" gave better results.
My last doubt is relate to the energy
I read your guide and as expected is reported that lower energy value at the end of the game will require for the player an higher amount of PC training.
What about in your opinion the effect of a low value of energy during the game.
Does a player performance decrease in some way during the game in relation of the energy value?
So let me say if I use only one QB he performs better in the 1Q than in the 4Q or OT?
thanks in advance
pj

It would be great, if someone can confirm this. I thought "all direction" would be the best option, trying to find the best completion option based on QB Intelligence and Vision skills and time for the pass.
Limiting the directions was more a option to avoid playing in the direction of the best defenders of the opponent.

I think there is no best option .... with ``all direction`` the QB might have a better completion rate but also he will take more time to throw the ball so he will get sacked much more .... so against a team who is not blitzing at all ``all direction`` should be the best option but against a ``blitzing machine`` could be your worse nightmare ....

2) would very often result in the same side, if the depth chart and fitness settings are not very substitution friendly.
3) would result in more completed passes than a playbook selection.

It also depends on the energy level of other players on the field and I believe defensive players suffer more from tiredness than offensive players, or at least it looks like it as there seem to be more long drives late in the game (for both my team amd the opposition)

I know similar questions have been asked many times, but... For a 26 year old, intelligent QB, how much over the estimated wages (%) do you think you would need to go for a maximum length franchise contract signed at the very begining of the season?

Suppose a player has SPE=50 + Track Star

Does Speed of 50 nullifies the "Track Star" effect?

In general:
Does the engine takes 50+ skills into account, or is "50" the hard cut-off in the calculation?

I did sign a QB once at the beginning of the season for 5 seasons(max) with 175% over the estimate wage....if i remember well he didn`t accept 160%....

SPE=50 + Track Star = SPE 52.5 .... in general the Trait is added to the skill and a skill cannot be trained over 50 or over the hard cap....

"This player is a natural speedster. Track Star gives a 5% bonus to the speed attribute except for OL, DL, K and P."

50 + 5% = 52.5
