Are the divisions randomly generated each season, or will I have the same divisional opponents as I did last season?

the divisions stay as they are, except for promoting and relegating teams of course. But the schdule is rolling to avoid the same 16 games every season

Ok. That's how I assumed it would work. There are some parity issues between divisions. Sea Devils 1.1 had a 5-11 division winner, whilst other divisions were very tough, where 11-5 missed the playoffs.

Not sure what mechanism can be used to give divisions a bit more parity. I suppose weak teams will eventually be weeded out by relegation, but it will take time.

At least this is the basic idea of having releagtion. This should even out itself within a few seasons...

but then again in NFL you get very weak divisions and strong divisions so i dont think there needs to be a change.

They try to overcome this issue with rolling rosters...it should be fine for RZA as it is, I guess

I was quite staggered when I saw, that only three of the Div. 2.X. teams with relagation match-ups against human opponents won.

Whats staggering about they can build their sides now and have winning teams

Most of them wont promote out of 2.x next season anyway so why not promote out of 3.x and go for 2.x the season after which is what they was aiming for. Ok you may end up with a weaker draft next season but I can't imagine that these leagues will be 50% full anyway and we know the bots draft strangely

Can someone please answer me a question re PowerMode in friendly cups?

I know all skills are set to 40, but does this include special traits, too? Will a player get his special trait added to the skill 40, or is it excluded?

And what about TC, does it matter?

All skills are at 40, bonus like traits are on top, as coaching bonus is on top. TC is a skill in this case, so it is fix and equal over all
