...get better training results? Is anyone doing this?

Today I was going through the manual and found this:

Starting from season 3 there is an "Out of position" penalty active on game time. This will result in a quite high loss of abilities if a player is not playing at his position. There are some exceptions:
1.) There is no skill lowering as long as the player is within his position switch period

So basically, as long as a player is in his free position switching period, he can stay under the best AC of a team to get better training results, quite like in the YA itself?
Guess I'll list every player I've got from the draft / TM / YA as WR until july, since until then they can play anywhere without any penalty whatsoever...

Shouldn't this be changed?

Edit: by better training results I mean in vision, positioning, strength, speed and agility, so please don't tell me about tackling and whatever else skills a WR AC doesn't train.

Or scared I'll forget to change them to the correct position before the free period ends.
