Please explain to me, with which information you can say: he will cap at 48 Speed. I thought the cap level is a random number?

How do you calculate this?

The LVL 20 scout show you the yellow "!" 5 skillpoints before the red "!"

I hope this information is enough to calulate the final skillcap.

a.k.a. 'the Carmanator'

Seasons 1 -3: TD's 297, Ints 15

Just check his stats Season by Season in a Run orientated league!

He is really impressive. With his 21 years he has 4,5* experience. The 60% completed passes are not so bad
