Just noticed this with two players i sent offers to, that right after i sent the offers the skills change!

I did no comment in the manuals, but I think the scout level also effects the seen skills on the TM. If so, the skills should change everytime you look at him a little bit. Try F5 or Alt-F5 for refresh. That's the player. |
