OK so I just pulled a guy with "natural leader" trait.
Not smart enough for my liking to be a QB. But has some other interesting qualities. On the manual it attributes this trait only to QB's but a 5% bonus to vision would be a nice bonus to other positions on Defense for example. Do I still get the bonus if he plays other than QB? I see this a quality guy wh adds leadership in the locker room. And has a bonus on the field. |

The manual say, that only the QB get a bonus as "Natural leader".
Other positions get no bonus for vision. |

it just a pity..... He would make a good Defender.

I think the captain of the defense should profite from the natural leader trait too. Maybe this should be a suggestion.

I agree. The (M)LB making the defensive calls could benefit from this trait too.
