Well since we are now allowed to have direct personal attacks I guess it is far, far better to be a “negative moron with a repertoire of one-dimensional useless and painfully boring comments” than a kiss-butt, pink panty wearing panty waist know- it –all! But, that kinda is what one expects from the gutless, yellow belly English. And, by the way who knows boring better than English men, just go ask English women! |

Unlucky Luv......Maybe should have stuck with the English term.......
"Full STOP". Clue would have been in the answer. On the plus side, winning zilch might keep you out of 'Ronald's, Last edited on 2012-07-06 00:30:44 by razor34 |

This reminds me of those comedies where the main character says the first thing that comes to mind, realize the mistake, and then proceed to make a bigger mess with comment after comment.
There are obviously types of people where no matter the situation, no matter the evidence, they will set up a trench and never back down, never say oops my mistake. The only thing you can do for/to these people is ignore them as you will get nowhere. I implore you to not take this guy as a representative of an American. I also implore you to just ignore his over testeroned comments. I get the feeling he is the guy in the bar that you look at and he then threatens to fight you. lol. |

SH8888 you told him about your pink panties? Someone thinks Prince Charles and Hugh Grant are the stereotypical English bloke? Last edited on 2012-07-06 02:30:10 by bwadders76 |

Yes I think 32 Bot teams in Div. 1 is hilarious! Even funnier are the Pete groupies like ********** who keep claiming all is well. However I guess all organizations DO NEED their ******** and “yes” men and absolutely no doubt ********* is the master of that art. Of course, one does wonder if ********** has his lips only on Pete’s arse!

Sorry but for HOBBY which is done in SPARE TIME I think Peter is doing this thing here ALONE in a very good way.
Call me names you like, but just try to do something similar and we will see how far you come. EDIT: OK, for the visual stuff PREACHIE is now there, but beside that .... Last edited on 2012-07-06 06:14:42 by jack6 |

Has anyone ever pointed out to you that you're a negative moron with a repertoire of one-dimensional useless and painfully boring comments ?? I'll apologise to all members (except one) of these Forums for my lack of tact in making the above comment, with hindsight I should have used better forum decorum. I'm also prepared to offer to withdraw the comment if anybody can prove that the comment is inaccurate in any way ......although I suspect this offer may remain open indefinitely. Anyway ....enough of feeding the Troll .....let's get back on-topic .... Pete, I can't find this topic (seasons schedules) on the to-do-list, so.. what is the current status of it ? .... is it, sort of , open to be changed if an interesting and workable solution could be found ? Also, to allow some of the great minds on these forums to brainstorm the subject, what are the limiting factors? what are the things that you won't change ? ...... I'm guessing that promotion/relegation is a limiting factor. But are things like "divisions", "conferences" , "32 team leagues" .... are all these fixed in stone, or are they up for change if a better system was suggested ? |

I put it on the public todo as well, just to avoid further confusion. No need to go into a brainstorming session, it is very clear to me what to do, it is just a matter of priority. At the moment we are working on 2 things...the brand new ********, done by preachie, and some balancing/AI issues in the engine. We have to finish this first, and then there is a good chance for rolling schedules becoming implemented. |
