Hi folks,
after starting a discussion at the other end of the forum I decided to sum up the main ideas. Many Senior Managers (Buffalo, JonnyP, notsch, jack6, sfniner08, etc...) believe there should NOT be any extra financial reward for Top Teams playing CoC Cup. Participation is honorary, and should not award more than a regular friendly game. Further, the CoC Cup should change its current modus. Buffalo suggested involving all conference winners of Div.I. Two groups, with 8 teams each, including all AC Champions and all NC Champions. Teams play each other in their groups, and the two group winners play out final. This modus should also be played in Div.II. However, Div.I and Div.II teams should be seperated during CoC Cup. Discussions welcome. So you'd have:
Div.1 16 Teams Div 2 16 Teams Takes 4 weeks to get a finalist for each. Week 5 is d1 vs d2 winners. |

They are in there now, just trying to come up with something that includes them too.
It is only one game, so I don't see it as a big deal to just go ahead and play it. What does the 1.1 have to fear? lol Chicken?  |
