I just saw a Player with 48.5 Tackling on the transfermarket and the highest bidder is a Rookie Manager and i'm not sure if he is aware of the wages he will have to pay.
As long as he doesn't sell a draft-player in near future or fires him instantly he'll be broke very soon i guess. There's already a limit on the bid for new managers, but i think there should also be like a warning for the wages. Buying a player for like 5k and then see wages like 400k a week one might be very suprised. At least i would be. I'd suggest a message like 'Careful.
