NO CCILL diffrence is here everyone can be on an even playing field eventually.

Everyone can have a maxed stadium.

Everyone has the same access and can enjoy the same benefits of facilities available.

Everyone is limited in the coaching department to a degree.

NOT everyone should be equal. Otherwise it's random.

NOT everyone will be because there are just people smarter than the next guy.

NOT everyone should be able to start a team today and beat a team here since day one.

The vaugaries of the RNG will also come into play as teams skills condenses.

If your lucky your team is loaded with players with "gifts"

This I think is why MOTY is such a good thing.

Imagine a team (dynasty) that has won 2 titles on the trot. Every opponent on their chedule should dial their MOTY against them. Which often actually seems to happen in real life.

Eventually teams will either hit a wall come salary or push it and burn out like some have already.

There's no hard cap because teams can hoard money.

All very well saying the 'cap' is 150m per season but a team could save up 300m giving them 250m a season for three years to win a championship

You would be wise to be putting some cash away.

My guess is that managers who have not bought any draftees on the TL are sitting on $500M+. They might take longer to develop (I've bought a few draftees) than my team, but they will be better able to sustain their roster for a longer time.

But - for every manager that is saving some $$, there is at least one manager blowing through it like a sailor on shore leave.

So there will be teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers who are competitive every year, and others (not naming any NFL teams here!) who will be up and down.

yeah then the money runs out after a couple of seasons and then they have to sell their best players and then their not winning much.

Then the next group of managers could do the same exact thing while the first ones to try the tactic sit on the sidelines just watching it happen.

I'm waiting for the first thread to open in a few seasons, complaining there isn't enough money.

Then we can link those threads to these.

I believe your are right in that statement. However, I don’t think it’s going to be a few seasons based on the prices paid on the TM this past season for very bad prospects. I guess time will tell. As for the talent disparity not sure there is a fix at this point, it is not just a money issue. But there are a lot of bots looking around the leagues.

Much less, Lee, but my stadium was full developed only at the end of season two.

Less large stadiums around back then so no massive boost from away SC games.
