Would like a league with a friendly time for our region. We have 10pm - 7am presently.

And it would make sense to make an exception to let ppl change league at start up, if they are from those time zones of course.

The game is set to 8 leagues, other competitions(CoC, SC) would also need a makeover if a 9th league is to be added, so it'd be a really big endeavor, so I don't see it happening.
Perhaps one of the leagues can have it's timezone altered although that means you have to let the non asiapacifics change league as well, that'd create some chaos.
Are there even enough asiapacific players to justify their timezone league?

How about at least having your home games during your countries daylight hours.

There would be very close to a division full if not more and if others see a better time to play then there'd probably be more coming and staying.

I guess you'd just take the league with the least teams and allow everyone to reshuffle from that league to others if they wanted and then all the other teams from that time zone to enter it.

Thunder would be fine if it was 3-5 hours or so earlier.

There are 34 teams presently spanning from NZ to Uzbekistan - a 7hr time zone span. But the majority are in a 3hr span.
