Every player in the DC is given a simple number. This is the number of consecutive plays he has b4 the next sub goes in.

Like any idea with subs though, if the game is in the balance, we probably need a way to have our best players on the field late in games.

I agree with this idea, makes it more needed for a bigger depth chart at certain positions, although there are some positions that almost never sub out such as QB, OL, DL to a point, and player depending as well like say in the NFL you have guys like adrian wilson on the Cardinals who never come out just because they're beasts on the field. You could have an option where some players stay in all the time. Granted i see this option being used more in the late season games where a team has already clinched a playoff spot, can't seed any higher and wants to give all the players a chance rather than early-mid season where you want your superstars out more often. I think this is definitely something that should be played with behind the scenes.

I think I read somewhere also that the devs are not overly willing to implement this sort of thing since it is too easy to exploit the chemistry model as it stands. I think they should make chemistry like experience so that a player only gets an amount that is proportional to the amount of plays he is onfield for.

Good point, especially since if you think about it, since our players lives in RZA are restricted to playing in games, that should be the only way to gain chemistry. Although if they switch it how would we be able to determine the chemistry hit that a player should take from the old model, if it were to be switched

I think you've confused chem hit with morale hit. There is only a reduction in chem if you replace a coach, buy a player or promote one from the YA.

No im saying that if they test your idea, and decide in the future to change the chem model to match it there has to be some hit based on the chem models switching
