If we want to keep this suggestion on the rails we should consider the following:
1. It was already heavily voted on to be as it is now. That still amazes me the community had an influence like that. 2. What are the positives and negatives of changing the EFFECT of MOTY? It isn't going away, so how do you want the effect to change. 3. Finally, is it indeed worth it to go through what seems to be a large amount of debating, haggling, and arguments for something that occurs so infrequently in the game? If you think it is worth it, give a good reason. |

The HC is a little underused in RZA I think.
How about a link between moty and the HC's exp and con? |

Realy the HC gives a boost with a fire up speech? LoL
I can tell you most of those Bigtalkers in the Lockerroom couldn´t reach the Team... No one could tell me that a speech in front of a game reaches more than 1/3 of a Team. 1/3 couldn´t care less about what that guy in the front i talking about. 1/3 is going to be cheesed of the guy in the front... MOTY as it is right now got nothing to to with RL its an instrument to keep the season interesting (as Peter sees it) or just to drive some managers crazy cause of guys using moty in situations that only them could explain (in my opinion). You love Moty or you hate MOTY, the community decided not to use it in playoffgames but regular season games (i don´t see the where the difference is in close divisions), so what we are talking about? As long as MOTY just is a boost and could work the other way around too i won´t use it, so MOTY me  |
