I replaced some coaches the last weeks and had to fire them instead of letting them get automatically removed for i had not enough CP to just do so.
And i realized : When firing a coach your team doesn't lose morale/team chemistry as it would if you let him be replaced. (also a not retiring one) As you also dont get any hit when the new coach joins your, this is a quite easy way to avoid the replacing-penalty. I'm referring to this entry of the manual: What happens if I replace Coaches? Replacing not retiring Coaches lowers the morale and Team chemistry of the involved players. |

At least this is no bug, as it works as developed. If there other ideas use suggestions. Maybe something like "no coach firing during a bid on a coach is active"
