Things are ok as it is, if your team is strong enough to have success in 2.1 your team needs to be moved to 1.1 . Or else, and by your suggestion they will at least have another season of dominance. And like Norgard posted, it can be easy to exploit that system that you are suggesting Hosh. And yes it's going to be really tough to compete with the 1.1 teams, so be it, accept the challenge and try to improve your team. I also realize you are suggesting this to prevent teams from "tanking" their games and get relegated, but that, (aldo not very sportsman like), it's part of the game, it's on them to tank games and go down to 2.1, if those users think that's the best plan to become more competitive in the long haul, and grab good draft picks, so be it, it's a strategy I wouldn't use, but I can't judge others for using it, because it's plausible. I prefer to try to send my best team every sunday (game) to the field with a solid game plan to try to win games, even if my team is the underdog, if my team ends up relegated because they couldn't compete, so be it, but "Decline Promotion" is not an option I would see fit to have, specialy with the game having a "Bot Flush" option in place, that would be against what the developers are trying to get out of the "Bot Flush" option. But this is just my opinion, guess I am one of the few that think it actualy should be tough to win in the top league when you get there. Go figure. |

Original idea is officially declined now.
Reason: It makes no sense for me. A manager winning the bowl HAS to leave the lower level league, without ANY exception... |
