At the moment, the only way to increase a players team chemistry is to play in a game.

This is unrealistic, as team chemistry is often built during training and the off season training camps. They are as important to team chemistry as the games themselves.

There should be a small amount of team chemistry gained per training session (1-2%), with larger gains during the off season training camp.

Chemistry gains from matches could be reduced to compensate, to keep things balanced.

There is the Players lounge.

Also, though I don't mind this idea, I think it should be limited to 50% i.e. when a player reaches 50%, he can only increase chemistry with games.

The better part of chemistry with your team mates comes from winning and losing together. Training and drinking only go so far - it's merely social.

A cap of some sort would be fine by me. I'd lean towards 75%.

I might have misinterpreted team chemistry a little. I thought it was supposed to reflect how in sync particular players are with each other. For example, a QB develops a rapport or understanding with his receivers because of their work together during practices and during games.

Is the purpose of team chemistry to simulate that relationship, or something entirely different?

For me, it's an emotional/motivational thing as well as communication/organisation.

I think brewing is the greatest team chemistry you could get if my players went out on the lash id expect a TC of 500% the following day. Not many gains in PC though
