I agree with Buffalo on this. There'd be no point having an Irish team if the only players were from my YA and the odd chance one or two draft players pop up. If I can change the nationality then there will be at least 3 Irish draftees/season.
Your point about smaller countries have a smaller pool so not changing nationality reflects reality I think is balanced by the fact that there will be more users from bigger countries... For example if we can change nationalities there will be 3 Irish draftees and 30 Portuguese draftees a season so the bigger countries still get the bigger pool of players... |

That's fair, no doubt about it, I personaly (my opinion only) don't like the fact that we can change a player nationality when we draft them, but if that would help out to bring more balance to the World Cup, I'm all for it. You make a good point, so does Buffalo, and I'm not even trying to go against you guys on this, my point was just to show how it reflects the reality of the RZA comunity. Would it be a big deal to allow to continue to change nationality of drafted players just like we do now? I don't see a problem since it's already in place, but Buffalo posted that Pete was not allowing it before. Don't know why... |
