Just a small suggestion that I think would be good and fair:
Add LB to Natural Leader in addition to QB The QB is the leader of the offense Shouldn't the defense have their chance at a leader ?  |

This has been proposed before, and the problem was:
"Some players are natural born leaders. Natural Leader ability gives a 5% bonus on vision" Vision is useful for a LB, but not as important as it is for a QB. So the meaning of Natural Leader would need to be changed, and a new Trait for QB vision added. iirc the old discussion..... |
