There were much talk about: 1) increasing gaps between "veteran" managers and newer ones; 2) engine "flaws", that can be explained (at least partly) by underdeveloped players who have not enough skill level to play as expected by game design.
My suggestion: by increasing a speed of player development and ageing we can solve at some extent the issues mentioned above. I suggest to raise a development speed by 3. So in 8 RZA weeks players will gain the same training as in 24 RZA weeks now. I understand that it must be related to ageing, therefore players will age every 8 RZA weeks (not so realistic, but I can't see another way but changing all the season schedule that's probably not possible). |

we can discuss about a slightly increase of player progress, but the aging has to stay as it is

I like the idea - I made a very similar suggestion in the past.
But a factor of 3 seems extreme. Or maybe not. I suppose in any case, a team will reach it's individual salary cap eventually so this factor will dictate when equilibrum is reached and how much churn there is thereafter. So I like this idea mostly because it makes it possible to get to the top faster. But I think simply a better team to start with is best. |

Factor 3 seems way to much. If any I would say it should be a slight increase. It could be linked to age, so that it is only increased for younger players.

I would agree with a factor of 3. But only for players in the YA.

and with an age of 28 the physicals should decrease...
and btw give the new guys a roster with let´s say 55 on the overallranking it´s hard to start here and i think we should give every rookie a full stadium and a ya of 20 for free with only 50 int/TW players so they have the small chance to compete ^^ sometimes i hate the modern society.... Factor 3? So you mean instead of 0,5-0,7 skill points on 90% training, a YA player will get 1,5-2,1 per update? That's friggin ridiculous.
