Which one would you rank higher SF? Both are DLs from this season's Admiral's draft board.

DL1: 19 Y/O, 50 INT, 37,7 TW, 39,8 STR, 45,7 SPD, 8,5 AGI, 16,5 POS, 24,2 VIS, 23,2 TAC, 20,6 FOO

DL2: 22 Y/O, 33,6 INT, 27,3 TW, 47,6 STR, 38,4 SPD, 7,6 AGI, 17,5 POS, 25,5 VIS, 23,3 TAC, 20,6 FOO

Just curious.

I'd pick DL1. He can be a DE, if strength is capped or caps low he can be a SS, OLB, if he caps high, well, you choose.

p.s.: I've seen that the question is for SF.

That isn't even close. The 19 year old. He is smart, better tw. The physicals are inverse but I'd take the risk. The other skills the older guy only has a 2 sp advantage. When the 19 year old ages in 3 seasons he would have the following barring caps.

DL1: 22 Y/O, 50 INT, 37,7 TW, 42 STR, 45,7 SPD,20 AGI, 20 POS, 30 VIS,30 TAC, 20 FOO

Yeah, including INT and TW was a mistake on my part...makes it a no brainer

There are 3 considerations for any player -

1/ How good will he be at 30yo
2/ How good is he right now
3/ How many years until he is 30yo i.e. how many years service will you get out of him.


2 and 3 are pretty easy to see. 1 is the most important thing to come up with an answer/philosophy for, closely followed by 2.
