So I read the part about the number of plays affecting how much experience is gained. Without being exact anyone keep data on how many plays it would take to gain half a star?

In ~ 1.5 seasons I have had 21 players have a half star increase from ~ 55 man roster.

Pigs made a post about this and how slow it is.

I beleive it's linear unfortunately, unlike the way it works for the coaches.

Of the three players I picked up in the last draft 2 of them have gone up by half a star.

Each have played ~1.2k plays.

You have to know the increase of 1*, because you don't know, how far a player was away from increasing 0,5*. Some players are close to the next star-level and need only a few games for 0,5*.
In the last half RL year I had no player who gained 1* EXP.

I suppose it doesn't matter too much, but it just seems wrong.

I just saw a player with over 9000 plays and a total of 2 stars experience...
Yes it takes time to gain experience, but this way a youth player starting with 0,5-1 star will retire before he gains 5 or even 4 stars of exp.

I recall pete saying that a player should reach 5* exp at 29 or something like that, that's how they've planned the exp gain.

Maybe the experience rate was lower in the first seasons. That player was from a team that started season 1.

Must be nice to start out with an 18 year old 5* QB in season 1.
Biggest cheat ever!
