I think it is just a game and shouldn´t punish you for really stupid decisions. This player wage (see first post) is just insane and really kills the fun of the game.
A new user making that mistake might never login again...and i think such limit maximum salary it is pretty easy to implement...someone might come up with a reasonable number for the limit and than lets go for it

tough titties, they have a choice, watch what you are doing and if not pay his wages or cut him. simple, sick and tired of all this safety net shite.
my team didnt make enough yards before 4th down can i have another go as its only fair. |
