That experience for K/P increase faster could be one way.

My idea is, to lower the influence of experience for K and P. A low experience could have a smaller effect on their performance than a low experience for other positions. So for K and P the performance would be effected more by their skill set and the influence of the experience would be only very small.
No big bonus for much Experience and no big disadvantage for no experience.

Does this suggestion means that if I place a..let's say CB playing Kicker or Punter he will receive more XP also, or does it mean that, ONLY specific position, Kicker & Punter receive more experience?

Meaning a player to receive more XP has to actualy be a Kicker or Punter and not a player placed there to play out of position and stack experience.

Yes, let's change experience as long as it's only affecting K/P position.
