Would you be ready to pay a big pile of money for the new extended level of the YA giving you 30 spots, but no more than 6 tickets?

What's considered as a "big pile of money" in this game?

well I like the idea.
But if increase I think the tickets should go up to 8 or at lest 7

What I really like about this suggestion it would make it possible to have youth game for them to gain some exp.

With more youth 28-35 we would be able to have youth games.
Youth academy against youth academy at I wold say 1/12 to 1/20 of the game day for tickets.

With this expansion we would need to make a youth playbook and depth chart if this com about.

But the biggest thing is having and open friendly or super cup for those who want there youth academy to play

I'd like to see less players in the YA but unlimited promotions. Once a player is promoted, he cannot go back to the YA even on another team if he is sold.

With the present YA there are too many good players coming out and thus too much money for teams older than 4 seasons imo.

Or maybe ban the sale of YA players altogether and when promoted they cannot be sold for 3 seasons or so? They could be fired though.

I doubt we will see this change come alive.

Why?

Because it is intended that a team has a hard time filling all roster spots only by draft and YA. Peter wanted a more active TM, so he limited the YA.

At the moment, around 4 players from the YA per season is realistic, add 3 from the draft and multiply this with around 10 seasons of playing time .... around 70 players.
Some of them will be busts or at least not that good.
And you don't have room for selling some to get extra income.

With your change you get 6 per year + 3 per draft -> 90 in 10 seaons -> lots to sell and you still have a better quality and you can take ignore the TM for buying.

That's not what Peter wanted. I'm sure.

But Pete doesnt use the TM

The only players I'd like to be kept out of the YA are draft players

Yes. That's the concept. Draft players are virtually ex YA players anyway so my idea about a player never being allowed back in after being promoted covers this.

Like I said I'm all for this just because the it makes it easier to find real talent. And I don't know about many of you YA players most of the time don't fetch hardly any thing on the market.
Unless they have high strength or speed

That's true, and as I stated, it is today possible to have about 70 players in 10 season.
Peter will be OK with that, but he won't have the max possible strength, I'm sure.
