I'd like to suggest that we be able to choose the 55 players that are available to play in a game as well as the DC.
That way we can make sure we have the proper sorts of reserves for injured players without being forced to play a player by having him in the DC. This gives better control over WRs and CBs too. You could have your main players in for normal formations and then the backups for 4WR and dime. |

That's it Yes, but if you have more than 55 on your roster then the game *randomly* chooses what 55 actually can play (assuming you have less than 55 in the DC), right? example - I have a 70 man roster with 5 WR. I put 3 in the DC and the game does not put either of the other 2 in it's randomly chosen 55 man roster for the game. So every time the SG4WR is called I get a mystery man playing as 4th receiver. At least its not just me.
Although reading Hoshs second comment he may be asking for a bigger DC then again he could be asking to end world poverty I'm not sure

I think I get where you are going with this, having a list of the 55 guys you want available to play, but a smaller subset of those 55 are the guys on the actual DC that you want to play unless injured.
While I agree I want more control over substitutions and the depth chart, imo this doesn't seem like the best way to do it. |

I think the point he's trying to get to is having his 3 starting WR's rotating (so only having 3 in DC) but still have 2 as backups to choose. If he puts all 5 in DC all will be substituted. If he deactivates Subs for WR only to 2 of the 3 he wants to play are on the field most of the time.
