Bad example, but I know what you mean hosh.
Try thinking in injuries. You have 4 WRs on your DC to cover every possible offense formation. One of your WRs get injured and now on a S4WR formation the 4th WR will be a completely random player from your roster. I don't like the suggestion though. Maintaining a second list of players is overkill when you already have your DC there. Just put your TEs in your WR DC and you'll have no problem with injuries. No TEs wasted either since a S4WR formation doesn't use TEs.  |

Maybe you could add a little check-box in the DC, so you can mark players that only jump in if there is no other possible sub in that position?
But as I remeber to have read a similar topic, this might be more difficult to add than it sounds. |

Just so we're all on the same page here, the game right now decides randomly who the players are that make up your 55 man roster for a game if your DC has less than 55 players in it.
So all that is being asked here is for this chore to be taken away from the game/computer and given to us. |

Were all on the same page but you can get around this many ways not ideal but better than nothing. Click dont subsitute Lower the % for the substitution Would picking your backup WRs as KRs help? I think it would but not entirely certain. |

well I think I know where this guy is coming from.
As plenty of depth but only has 50-52 on the depth chart and wishes for the PC not to auto fill the remain spots. Unless there was sever injuries |

I'll help this guy out by saying that my depth chart I want to run. Only has 49 players. Because I do not use HB, TE, Gunner,or KR. And it did cost me a game we I spotted a line backer play O line and a WR playing CB
So now Why I already had 11 OL , 9 LB,3 FB, and 6 WR I have to up all of them to prevent this from happen . With player not ready by my standards to play yet. to 13 OL ,11LB ,4 FB,and 7WR |

So the idea is that I might have 3 very good CBs or WRs that I want in the primary rotation and then I only want to call on the other "backup" CBs and WRs as formations/injuries demand. |
