I think the current system is ok except the 10% for the YA guys. I don´t understand why a player that is within the system of the franchise has 10% TC to start and a guy that comes out of nowhere (draft) has 60%.

If your young players stay long in the YA and you activate the players lounge somethimes, than they can gain a lot of TC before they go to the senior team. I have a youth pulled at the beginning of season 2, who is still in the YA with 90% TC.

Sure Buffalo it works but from 10 to 20 TC you waste so much "Facilitytime" that you could spend for skilles that you need a lot more. With Division3 starting this year the SC gives you so many 7% games that using 7 times the Playerlounge to get from 10 to 17% TC seems nothing more than a waste of resources to me.
AND the Lounge also works with the draftplayers but with the 60% start they benefit a lot more of ne session with the lounge then the poor lite YA-Players with 10%.

I don't activate the players lounge only for the Youth. I activate it for 3 weeks after the draft especially for the draftees and the youth get the bonus, too. I think the lack of TC is no problem for promoted youth players. The lack of EXP is the bigger problem for them.

I still think age should factor into how quickly a player can achieve 100% TC, for the simple reason that I think I would help newer teams when signing older players.

I made posted as much to the Suggestion forum but it didn't seem to get much interest.

I'd like to see older players (like 28+ or 29+) who are purchased on the TM arrive at their new team with 60% TC instead of the current 10%. This is the TC that Draft players arrive with.

I just think it'd would make those older player on the TM more attractive to managers.

I think you might be exactly wrong about this. Some vets might have the sort of experience and personality that allows them to blend better. Some might have a mighty large stick up their butt and be set in their ways and super allergic to doing anything anyone else's way.

I get your point Buffalo, but i still don´t see the reason for the high difference in TC between guys out of the YA, the transfermarket and the draftees.
Where is the difference between a drafted player and a free agent in TC right bevor Training Camp in the NFL for example, i don´t see any difference in TC.

EXP is something different which i don´t get, how could there be draftees 19 Years old having 3 Stars of EXP??? The combination of "high" TC and good experience is the reason that the players out of the YA will never be much more then backups (except the boosted guy), if you want to have experienced players from the getgoing you need to transfer some guys here and then.

I think the low TC of players from the YA is ok. The difference between FA and Draftees is for sure not really realistic. May be it is possible to link the initial TC of draftees and FA to their experience. A player with 2*EXP=40% start with 40% TC at the new team and a player with 3*EXP=60% start with 60% TC.
