Well this topic as been discussed quite a lot I'd say. But I don't think I ever saw a suggestion for it.
My personal opinion on this mater is that there are diferent kind of fumbles, in RZA what concerns me the most is the RB fumbling the ball when attempting to rush from the L.O.S, usualy in real football there is a high percentage of those plays that end up in a dog pile on top of the ball fighting for it, and does not lead to any return whatsoever. In current RZA that is not the case, RB fumbling is a normal thing in RZA as it should be if the RB does not yet possess the necessary skills to not fumble frequently. However the returns of those fumbles are something that can be disturbing, alot of fumbles getting returned for TD's, and alot of those fumbles beeing returned for alot of yardage. My suggestion is for a reduction to the amount of yards these fumbles are beeing returned (Tail Backs Fumbles that is). I don't know the average right now of Tail Backs fumbles beeing returned for TD's per season or the average yards of them, but they must be high, and I would suggest a reduction of those if possible. I think the kind of fumbles that are more likely to get returned for big gains are the ones from the receivers, because if a Defensive Back or a Linebacker in coverage can force a fumble and recovers it, then he has alot of room to run most of the times. |
