Indeed.... the main thing I think experience at the pro level teaches is individual tendencies of the opponent. When I think of experience in general the definition that comes to mind is "how does one handle being in a situation"... but if I think of experience in NFL terms as "Knowledge of the opponent" then it makes a little more sense to me.

Clearly, experience plays an important factor in a Player's Rat(ing). I'm not sure how significant it is during the actual game.

As for who would require experience, I'm not so sure why WRs & TEs would benefit more from experience that LBs and DBs.

I just separated offense and defense. There is no order other than that in my list.

I have to disagree with all of say experience doesn't count for much in real life.

Just by the time Players get to the pro they got good amount that great coaching takes it to the next level.

I know from me playing in semi pro and high school players who have not played alot. And it shows on the field. And you look at older player in the NFL or even lower levels. Why they may not be as fast or strong.

They can see thing that younger player just don't see.

Like for WR finding holes in the coverage and slowing down in them to give QB more chance to find them open. Or RB waiting behind blocks instead of out running there blocks.

Or LB not falling for that play action. Experience matters but you really need to look at the players that don't start but play .They are the ones who don't get as much coaching as that 1st round pick that trying to get up to speed.

ditto.

I guess it's the same as chem (i.e. only effects non physicals) but I'd wonder what the factor is - I wonder what the multiplier is, especially for a 0.5*
