It is nice to see lot of people like this

I do not like because it awards lazyness and creates equality!

If equality is wished, then i eg see no reason not to make public things like "offense vs. defense factors"-matrix

I don't understand that

How does it create equality - the given values are there already? And how it is connected to the formation factors? And yes, Supporters get back some tools for more comfort, that's wanted

What turtle really means is...

it closes the gap between him (detail oriented and excel wizard) and those who are not to gain information and sort the information.

I think he means it is the difference between those that put in a lot of time and those that don't that is now less of an impact.

So your long term strategy is to focus on the short term? lol

Something like that, or more like write down 100 long term strategies, put them in a hat and pick out a new one every 2 to 3 weeks......

Hm, is that kind of a complaint due changes? If so, what was influencing your long term planning?

Just like to learn how people react, and nowadays its quite hard for a non native speaker, since we can see the full range from "great" till "worst ever", including the mid range and some sarcasm/irony...hard to understand and hard to make a difference for me, I am sorry...still learning

No need to apologise Mr Pete - yours and the other non-native English speakers writing and understanding puts 99% of the natives to shame

LOL,

I join that group.

I'm sorry I rarely pay attention to the Draf Board except when to Scout and place the players in a manner that I think it's best without really knowing what I am doing LOL.

So what did changed?

i knew about the excel u p d a t e i just dont understand excel therefore it adds nothing for me

i can click on 1 of 2 meaningless options, commas and colons or spleens and decimals or something like that and then i get a spreadsheet type thing with random numbers that make no sense to me
