This is a rage post after finding out my draftees caps
So to counter that I suggest to create a special scouting section - the physical cap scouting. Since physicals skills are for some(many(all)?) of us the most important thing we look in a player this option should be limited. It can be limited with the number of reports each manager can get per seasons or with a abnormally high price(0,5/1kk?) or both. But I like the high price, as this could be another way to get money out of the game. Another thing is that it is really hard for scouts to know the exact caps of the players, so even with a level 20 scout I suggest, that the cap the scout finds is in a +-2(3) range. |

If there is ever a way to find out a Player's physical caps in advance of owning the player then the game is immediately ruined. It would then be simply a 'spreadsheet game' where Manager A has better spreadsheet skills than Manager B so Manager A wins.
or to put it another way .......... what an absolutely terrible idea. If I could award this idea minus stars then I'd be delighted to do so.  |

Yes you guys may be right But in real life scouting while they don't know for sure.
They do get a good idea where they could be or that they physical not going to improve. So I say how about for scouting purpose of caps that we could get A, B, C,D, or F meaning that caps in some where within that range. exmple So A being 42-50 B 38-41 c 34-37 d 30-33 |

I never seen a report card with a E on it.
But I do think that scouts should give a letter grade for caps. Because of the simple fact scouts do it all the time. In real life . But the range of the Letters should be base on scout level of course |
