Now if I understand this right experience really matters on the true skill value of a player. Which is fine by me.

But if I understand how the salaries work. Then that means we are paying a player by the skill that they don't have. Instead of the skill they have.

Example Player A and Player B both have 30 of some non physical skill and both get the same pay of 15,500 a week.

But this is not right If Player A has 2.5 stars experience which is 50% while player B has 4 stars which is 80%

So player A true skill value would be 15 while player B would be 24.

Well that my thoughts. I just figure experience should be included in the salaries of players.

Experience is a salary raising factor already, as talent is as example...

We use skills to determine the basic salary level, and add some things on top, like the above.

something like this

salarybasedonskills=25000

Experience=1 star: salary * 0.9
Experience=5 star: salary * 1.1

Does this answer it?

* examples only, no real number in this post!

well no I was meaning about the really game day skill value with the
Experience. I mean does it bump the skill down or up by the value

2.5 star with 30 tackling
would it really be 15 or 45

I believe that to get the 100% value of the seen skills, that Morale and Chemistry need to be 100% and Exp at 5*.

Manual -

Experience is what lets your player play up to his fullest potential. Players are "born" with half a star of experience. Players can gain experience in regular matches and friendly matches on Friday, based on the number of plays in that match. Friendlies accrue much less experience than competitive matches do. Experience affects the game play by creating a penalty on playing skills like catching or passing for each level below maximum - fitness skills are not affected by experience. Each 10% of experience is indicated by half a star. The highest level of experience achievable is 5* which equates to 100%.
