Sorry I couldn't find another thread so I started this one.
At the moment ADMIN has a vote going on about this topic. But I wanted to suggest another option if ADMIN thinks it would be possible. Instead of a fixed one penalty (75% at the moment) or 25% worse What if the further away from a players natural position the penalty increased So to keep it simple a SF playing CB would incure the current penalty (75%) 25% worse but sa a DL trying to play CB would get a (25%) 75% worse Sam on Off TE playing WR same as current penalty HB playing FB same but a OL playing WR (25%) or 75% worse Like I said there would need to be more thought into this and maybe the brains trust could agree to what type of penalty but the idea is the farther away from his natural position the worse the penalty I believe that the penalty has to be large enough that at some point a manager has to decide it is better to convert a players position in the long run |

In real life I would agree, but in RZA not. We need to make sure there is no abuse of Assistant Coaches...and this cannot be done IMO with the offered model from you.

ok so seriously what is the goal of increasing th epenalty?
I know that some guy ha shis whole DEF set as a DL This is rediculous! is there anytrhing else we are trying to achieve? |

 . And i dont see how it would get abused as a safty moving to CB would incure the current penalty but get worse for other positions |

did someone mention an autoswitch feature? if a player plays 3 opfficial game in a row at a position he automatically switches to that position and takes the relevent TC and morale hits
